Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Function as a Trusted Business Advisor and Intermediary for Business Sellers and Buyers
  • Prepare / present listing agreements, marketing plans and business valuations
  • Prepare and consult on action plans and strategies
  • Analyze & summarize business specifics and prepare offering memorandums
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  • Participate in multiple business networking groups
  • Schedule Sales Activity – phone calls, face-to-face, networking, etc.
  • Generate and qualify leads / prospects
  • Meet with and consult Business Owners
  • Source and develop Client Referrals
  • Respond to all Seller or Buyer inquiries expeditiously
  • Track sales activity and report to management
  • Ensure excellence in customer service
  • Problem solving
  • Financial analysis
  • Monitor competitors, market / industry / financing conditions and regulatory changes
  • Function as the project manager and drive the transaction process to completion
  • Perform follow-ups and quality checks with Client-base
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge base
